Innovations MedSpa is located
across the street from Baylor Medical Center right off Highway 114.
Exit State Hwy 26 (Colleyville Road) and drive along the access road
until you reach the hospital. Pass over the railroad tracks and turn
right at the four-way stop sign. We are in the Christ Medical Plaza,
the last building on the right. Come into the parking lot through the
parking gates. Patients are given a token to exit without charge. Innovations MedSpa is located on the first floor, straight back from the elevator.
From Fort Worth:
Take Highway 121 until it turns into
121/183 (through the HEB area). Exit onto Highway 121 (right exit).
Exit William D. Tate Blvd. Take a left when you reach 114. However,
instead of entering the highway, use the access road along the side
until you reach the hospital. Pass over the railroad tracks and turn
right at the four-way stop sign. We are in the Christ Medical Plaza,
the last building on the right. Come into the parking lot through the
parking gates. Patients are given a token to exit without charge. Innovations MedSpa is located on the first floor, straight back from the elevator.
From North Dallas:
Take 635 West to Hwy 121 S. Exit Highway 114 W. Exit State Hwy 26 (Colleyville
Road) and drive along the access road until you reach the hospital.

Take 114 West. Continue straight until you reach State Hwy 26 (Colleyville
